Return & Exchange Policy

At NAQSH by Hina Awan, we take pride in delivering quality products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Sale and discounted items are not exchangeable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or without original tags will not be accepted for exchange.

Shipping Charges

  • For wrong, damaged, or defective items, NAQSH will cover the applicable exchange shipping cost.
  • For size exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
